Cake smash photo shoot

A cake smash photo shoot is normally done to celebrate a first birthday and sometimes even a second birthday. It can be quite a fun and high energy session. One year old can be tricky at times, and thus I work carefully with them to try avoid the tears.

My packages include the use of one of my outfits, the setup and the cake - I provide the cake for baby to smash.

My cake smash package is all inclusive. We start with family photos with mom, dad, baby and baby's siblings (please supply an outfit for family photos - I supply for the cake smash). We then go into the cake smash (outfit supplied by me). Once the cake smash is done, its followed with a bath. You get to choose between bubbles, milk or fruit.

There is a more budget friendly option - the cake smash mini. This package is only the cake smash. I still provide the setup, use of one of my outfits and the cake. This package however, excludes the bath and parent photos.

My outfits are for 1 year olds, up till about 13 months. If baby wears larger sizes, you must please supply an outfit for the cake smash as well.

Please plan your session in advance as we need time to discuss and plan the setup and I need enough time to place my supplier orders.

We often say the first birthday is not actually for baby to celebrate his/her birthday. Its more about mom and dad making it through the first year.
