What is the Purpose of Life?
For us to live our true self, follow our highest excitement, remain positive as much as possible while we shine our light to encourage others to do the same for themselves.
We only have our own lives to live, we can not live it for someone else. Flow in the present moment, its the gift for right now.

Every day we walk this earth is an opportunity to learn, evolve, and grow. Life constantly presents us with situations that teach us valuable lessons about ourselves and our journey. On monya.co.za, I explore mindful living and share insights from literature and teachings that have helped me navigate life’s challenges or situations. Some lessons have been learned, and many more await.
The day we stop learning and growing is the day we cease to truly live.

Monya Fine Art
Through my fine art, I have found a way to visualise life’s challenges and the resilience we possess as humans. I also seek to capture the beauty and magnificence of nature, reminding us that we are all deeply connected and reliant on one another.
With this, I hope to shine my light and inspire others to work through their life’s lessons—to have courage, take the necessary steps forward, and embrace growth. I also encourage everyone to reconnect with nature, draw strength from it, give back energy, and protect what has been entrusted to us.
